Automatization of tasks

Hi, I work with a federal construction general contractor. Federal-only work: VA medical centers, National Forests and Parks, Army Corps, Bureau of Reclamation. We already use Claude heavily across estimating and proposals, and now we want to build out real Slack-native automations across bid intake, proposal drafting, sub coordination, PCO/REA tracking, and admin ops. We've done our own internal review and identified 6 concrete candidates to build first, ranging from a proposal-pack QC agent to an award-to-execution kickoff runbook. Looking for someone who's shipped: Slack apps or agents (bot users, slash commands, Events API, webhooks) Claude / Anthropic API integrations, ideally with tool use Google Workspace + Gmail automations Bonus: SAM.gov / federal contracting familiarity, Procore Engagement would start with a couple days discovery: read our channels, refine the shortlist with your own take, and come back with a build/run cost estimate for the top 2.
