Build a Real-Time Insurance Market Research & Event Intelligence AI Agent (Kuwait Focus)

Job Description I am looking for an experienced AI Automation Developer to build a highly specialized AI tool called The Kuwait Insurance Event Intel Agent (KIE-Agent). The purpose of this agent is to act as our local, real-time event strategist in Kuwait. When I prompt it, it must analyze the Kuwaiti market to tell me where to go, what local insurance competitors did at those venues previously, what creative marketing activations we should run, and what events are a waste of money. I want to be able to type simple prompts like: "Find upcoming events in Kuwait for the remaining months of 2026 where we can promote our Motor and Medical insurance lines." "What are other local insurance companies doing for Corporate Branding right now, and how can we outperform them?" To ensure this is built using modern, efficient coding practices, you must use Claude Code (Anthropic’s command-line agent tool) in your local terminal to develop, test, and optimize the scripts. What the "KIE-Agent" Must Do: Kuwait-Targeted Live Search: The agent must be integrated with a live web-search API (like Tavily, Firecrawl, or Perplexity) optimized specifically to crawl upcoming Kuwaiti event directories, local news, business expos, and venue calendars. Insurance Competitor Scouting: It must search for available public data on what other insurance firms in the Kuwaiti market have done at these events in the past. It will compare their past setups to our goals so we can capture better market share. Strategic Marketing Filters: It must instantly organize its findings into two categories based on our request: Corporate Branding: Major business forums, national summits, or high-level CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives. Product Branding: Targeted events matching specific insurance lines (e.g., auto expos for Motor insurance, housing/real estate exhibitions for Property/House insurance, or wellness gatherings for Medical insurance). Strict 2026/2027 Timeline: The agent must completely ignore expired, past events. It must focus entirely on active, upcoming opportunities for the current calendar year (2026) and into 2027. Executive Summary Reports: The final output must be delivered in clean, professional Markdown tables that show the event name, dates, target demographic, estimated sponsorship tier, competitor history, and strategic advice. We must be able to copy this instantly into Excel or save it to a PDF. Technical Requirements for the Freelancer: Proven experience building autonomous AI agents and multi-step research workflows (Python, Node.js, or platforms like n8n/Gumloop). Highly proficient with Claude Code for terminal-driven development and fast debugging.
