Build Production SaaS: Next.js + PostgreSQL + LLM Integration (8–10 weeks)

Summary We are SolucionBiz, building SOLUA Intelligence — a bilingual (ES/EN) B2B SaaS product for business owners. It is not an ERP or accounting system; it is a strategic intelligence layer that helps owners set goals, plan priorities, track decisions, and measure outcomes — with AI that learns from real business data over time. We have a working sales demo (UX reference) and complete product + technical specifications ready for build. We are hiring one software development agency (single Upwork contract) to deliver Production V1: a pilot-ready, multi-tenant web application in approximately 8–10 weeks, under a fixed-price, milestone-based contract on Upwork. Budget: Indicative program budget for the full in-scope build is approximately USD 10,000 fixed-price (all-inclusive contractor labor). Detailed scope, acceptance criteria, and milestone rules are in the confidential pack for shortlisted bidders only. Proposals materially above this band are unlikely to be considered; bids at this level must still meet the full spec — we will reject under-scoped lowball quotes at Stage 2. What you will build (high level — not the full spec) - Multi-tenant SaaS web app (owners sign up, isolated data per business) - Next.js + TypeScript + PostgreSQL modular monolith - AI features integrated with Anthropic Claude (chat, structured outputs, guardrails) — not a thin ChatGPT wrapper; AI must use live tenant data - Closed-loop product: goals → weekly priorities → trackable instructions → measurement → learning - Data capture: manual entry + file import (no ERP connectors in V1) - Bilingual UI (Spanish + English) - Staging + production deployment, CI/CD, documentation, handoff for paid pilots What we are looking for Required experience (please address each in your proposal): 1. Shipped at least one multi-tenant B2B SaaS product (auth, tenant isolation, production deploy). 2. Strong Next.js (App Router) + TypeScript + PostgreSQL (Prisma or equivalent ORM). 3. LLM integration in production — API integration, structured JSON outputs, prompt design, not just chat UI. 4. Comfortable with fixed-price milestones, automated tests, and GitHub-based delivery. 5. Ability to work in English (specs and communication); Spanish UI content is in scope for the product, not required for the team language.
