Full-Stack & Mobile Developer (All-Rounder) – Long-Term Contract (20 hrs to Full-Time)

Our business handles everything from managed websites, premium hosting, complex DNS setups, and IT support, through to custom web development, bespoke SaaS platforms, web apps, and native Apple (iOS) & Android applications. We are seeking a brilliant Technical All-Rounder to join our team under a strict contract. The Retainer & Growth Pathway: We want to avoid shifting hourly tracking and instead offer a reliable, permanent-style partnership. Starting Baseline: A fixed monthly salary of $400 USD per month, covering a dedicated commitment of 20 hours per week. The Pathway: Based on performance, trust, and output, this role is designed to scale rapidly into a permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week) with a matching doubled monthly salary. We love efficiency and actively encourage the smart, accelerated usage of advanced AI tools (like Gemini, Claude, and GitHub Copilot) to streamline workflows. However, we are absolutely not looking for a "vibe coder." You must possess deep foundational knowledge, a strong grasp of complex development architecture, and a comprehensive understanding of the full software design, encryption, and testing lifecycle. You need to know why code works, not just how to copy-paste prompts. Working Hours & Availability: To integrate smoothly with our local operations, you must be able to maintain a healthy daily overlap with Australian business hours. You must be logged on and active by 11:00 AM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday. Please verify that this fits your local time zone comfortably before applying. What You’ll Be Driving (Your Core Focus): While our business spans a wide range of digital and IT services, your initial and primary focus will be engineering, securing, and launching two key internal products: Proprietary Hosting Automation & Billing Modules: Taking the lead on finalising, encoding, licensing, and monetising our custom-built hosting and provisioning modules, followed by managing their commercial deployment and ongoing technical support. Automotive Connected Android Application: Assisting directly with the development, testing, and deployment of a custom Android application integrated with the new BYD Shark 6 utility platform (focusing on vehicle integration, custom interfaces, or connected ecosystems). Future Scope & In-House Support: Once these core product deployment phases are stable, you will transition into our primary In-House Developer during your remaining weekly hours. In this phase, you will monitor our internal helpdesk to assist staff and premium clients with advanced technical tickets, development enquiries, server queries, domain/DNS management, and custom website maintenance (WordPress/Shopify). Strict Compliance & Security Requirements: Because you will be working on unreleased commercial products and sensitive client systems, we maintain absolute security over our IP: 100% IP Ownership: Everything you build, write, code, or design is strictly private, confidential, and owned entirely by our company. Data & Code Isolation: All data, local staging, source code, and credentials must remain strictly on our secure cloud infrastructure. No local retention or repository cloning is permitted on your personal devices. Contractual Agreement: A formal NDA and IP Assignment contract must be signed prior to onboarding.
