Full-Stack TypeScript Developer — Contract (2–3 weeks) SoCalForeclosures.net is a live membership platform for Southern California real estate investors. We have 13,000+ records, automated data pipelines, and a working codebase. We're in the final stretch before launch and need an experienced developer to help us get there. What you'll be working on: - Swapping current payment integration to PayPal Commerce Platform - Transactional email setup (Resend) - Fixing and stabilizing scrapers (Playwright) - General platform improvements and bug fixes Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Express, Next.js 14, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Playwright — Hetzner VPS, Nginx, PM2 You must have: - Strong TypeScript (entire codebase — non-negotiable) - Next.js and React - PostgreSQL / Prisma - REST API integration - Linux server management (SSH, Nginx, PM2) - Works independently, communicates clearly Nice to have: Real estate or proptech experience, PayPal Commerce Platform integration You'll work directly with the founder.
