iOS Stripe Checkout Fix + Django 2.2 Release (then 3.2 upgrade) – Fixed Price / Milestones

We need an experienced developer (or a pair of specialists) to complete the remaining critical work on our production iOS app and Django API. Current situation Native iOS app + Android App + Django backend Django is on a very old version. A Django 2.2 upgrade has already been completed and QA’d on staging. The main blocker is iOS compatibility with the upgraded API and, most importantly, a Stripe payment flow issue: after checkout the Stripe page/WebView does not close/return properly on iPhone, leaving users stuck. We have an existing modernization plan with clear phases (iOS recovery first, then Django 2.2 production release, followed by Django 3.2 and 4.2 increments). The blocker preventing production release is an iOS Stripe checkout issue: after payment the Stripe page/WebView does not close and return control to the app properly. We understand the Stripe side is clean and this should be a relatively straightforward fix for an experienced developer. Scope (in priority order) Milestone 1 (Primary) Fix the iOS Stripe checkout so it reliably closes/returns after success or failure Deliver a working TestFlight / release candidate Push the already-QA’d Django 2.2 upgrade to production + short hypercare Milestone 2 Django 3.2 + Python 3.10 upgrade Optional Milestone 3 (if budget remains) Django 4.2 + Python 3.11 upgrade Budget & commercial terms Total budget is approximately $10,000.
