Power Platform Developer (Power Automate / Power Apps Model-Driven) — Independent, Fast, Reliable

About Us We're an IT solutions company delivering Power Platform, SharePoint, and Azure-based solutions for clients across various industries — invoice management systems, ERP integrations, document automation, and custom business apps. We run multiple client projects in parallel and need a developer who can pick up a task and run with it. What You'll Be Doing Building and maintaining Power Automate flows (cloud flows, some desktop/RPA where needed) Developing Model-Driven Power Apps on Dataverse Integrating with external APIs and systems (REST APIs, ERP systems, SharePoint, Azure Functions) Translating functional requirements into working solutions — sometimes from a detailed spec, sometimes from a short description of the problem Debugging and fixing issues in existing flows/apps built by our team or third parties Who We're Looking For Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps (Model-Driven, Dataverse) Solid understanding of Dataverse schema design (tables, relationships, business rules, plugins a plus) Basic programming ability — comfortable reading/writing code (JavaScript, C#, Python, or similar) when low-code isn't enough Able to work from incomplete or high-level instructions and figure out a sensible solution path yourself, without needing every step spelled out Self-driven: you flag blockers and ask sharp questions when something is genuinely unclear, but you don't wait around for hand-holding Fast turnaround and reliable communication — we need someone we can hand a task to and trust it gets done Nice to Have Experience with SharePoint (SPFx, lists/libraries) and Azure Functions Experience with ERP or accounting system integrations Familiarity with REST API design and testing (Postman or similar) How to Apply Please include: A short summary of 2-3 Power Automate/Power Apps projects you've built end-to-end (links or descriptions) An example of a time you had to solve a problem with minimal direction — what was the ask, what did you build Your typical turnaround time and weekly availability We're looking to start quickly with the right person and build an ongoing working relationship, not a one-off task.
