Python Developer for AI Stock Trading Bot Using OpenAI, Alpaca, and News APIs

I’m looking for an affordable Python developer to build and fully set up a stock-trading automation prototype using the Alpaca API, a stock news API, and the OpenAI API. The app should run continuously on PythonAnywhere. It should monitor live stock news headlines, analyze them with an LLM, and place trades through Alpaca paper trading based on the structured output. I already have Python code from a similar project that may save time, but it may be outdated and will need changes. The goal is not to guarantee profit. I just want a working prototype that can read live stock news, identify relevant tickers, use OpenAI to create a trading decision, execute paper trades through Alpaca, avoid duplicate/excessive trades, and log headlines, LLM responses, trades, and errors. I need someone who can handle the full setup themselves, test it independently, troubleshoot issues, and keep fixing it until it works. I want minimal back-and-forth. I can provide the old code, but I need the developer to own the process and deliver a working setup with clear instructions.
