SaaS Technical Developer Needed for Multi-Business Review, SMS, and Local SEO Automation Platform

I’m looking for an experienced Laravel/PHP developer to help improve and stabilize an existing SaaS platform used by multiple local businesses. The platform already has working features, but it needs better reliability, cleaner UI/UX, stronger reporting, and improved workflow visibility before it is ready to scale. Current system includes: * Laravel/PHP backend * Multi-business account structure * MySQL database * Acuity Scheduling integration * Make.com workflows * Telnyx SMS sending and inbound webhooks * Review request automation * Google Business Profile review replies * Google Business Profile posting * Customer/contact records * Basic dashboard and status tracking Main priorities: 1. Review the current workflows and recommend practical fixes 2. Improve SMS review request timing and delivery tracking 3. Add better logging and message history per customer 4. Improve dashboard usability and customer-facing UI/UX 5. Add useful KPIs and reporting by business/account 6. Improve error handling for webhooks, queues, and API calls 7. Review Google Business Profile integration structure 8. Add manual controls such as Send Now, resend, and failed message visibility 9. Help prioritize what should be fixed now versus later 10. Work alongside the existing development setup as needed Important workflows include: * Appointment-based review requests * SMS rating replies * Google review link follow-ups * Owner alerts * GBP review replies * GBP posts * Multi-business reporting * Future SMS features such as missed-call text back, lead capture, two-way inbox, and campaigns Ideal experience: * Laravel/PHP SaaS platforms * Multi-business or multi-tenant account structures * API integrations and webhooks * Queue jobs and background workers * SMS platforms such as Telnyx or Twilio * Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation tools * Google Business Profile API * SaaS dashboards and KPI reporting * UI/UX for business users * Error logging and application monitoring I am not looking to blindly rebuild everything. I need someone who can inspect what exists, identify the biggest risks, stabilize the core workflows, and help turn this into a reliable, sellable product.
