Senior Full-Stack Developer for SaaS/E-commerce MVP

Project Brief: AI Live Commerce Ecosystem MVP We are looking for a senior full-stack developer or small technical team to help plan and build Phase 1 of an AI Live Commerce ecosystem. The project includes three connected components: 1. **PolarisDP.com** A corporate/service website for an AI Live Commerce business. It will present AI Live Commerce services, AI Studios, fulfillment services, future SaaS offerings, and allow potential clients to contact us and make payments through Stripe. 2. **InterEuroMarket.com** An e-commerce website for selling products across Europe. It should include product catalog, product pages, cart, Stripe checkout, basic order management, customer flow, and admin management. 3. **AI Live Commerce Platform** A web admin platform for managing one working AI Studio MVP. The goal is to prove the core live commerce concept. **Core Phase 1 Goal** By the end of Phase 1, we need: - PolarisDP.com deployed and operational - InterEuroMarket.com deployed and operational - One fully working AI Studio deployed and operational - All source code committed to GitHub - Docker/deployment setup - Server setup and production deployment - Technical documentation **AI Studio MVP Requirements** The AI Studio should include: - One AI avatar - One voice provider integration - One product catalog - One product knowledge base - Prompt management - AI response generation using OpenAI or similar - TikTok Live/chat integration or realistic MVP connector depending on API access - Real-time or near-real-time AI responses to live chat - Admin panel to manage the studio - Deployment on production server **Technical Requirements** Preferred stack: - Frontend: Next.js or React - Backend: Node.js/NestJS or Python/FastAPI - Database: PostgreSQL - Payments: Stripe - Auth: secure user/admin authentication - Deployment: Docker-based production deployment - Version control: GitHub - Server: VPS/cloud server - Optional: Redis/queues if needed for live AI workflow **Third-Party APIs** Expected integrations may include: - OpenAI API - ElevenLabs or another voice provider - HeyGen or another avatar provider - Stripe - TikTok Live/chat integration, depending on available API access - Email service for forms/orders/notifications **Important Architecture Requirement** This is Phase 1 of a larger SaaS platform. The system should be designed so it can later support: - Multiple AI Studios - Multiple TikTok/live streaming accounts - Multiple languages - Multiple product catalogs - Fulfillment workflows - Shopify/WooCommerce integrations - CRM integrations - Warehouse integrations - SaaS subscriptions and billing - Additional platforms such as Instagram Live, YouTube Live, and Facebook Live Phase 1 does not need to build all advanced features, but the architecture should avoid blocking future expansion. **Scope Planning Requirement** Before development starts, we need the selected developer/team to help prepare a detailed Phase 1 Scope Document, including: - Feature list - Technical architecture - System architecture diagram - Milestones - Timeline - Deliverables - Payment milestone structure - Deployment plan - Risks and assumptions - Phase 2 roadmap **Delivery Expectations** Each milestone must be: - Completed - Committed to GitHub - Deployed to the server - Tested - Demonstrated - Approved before milestone payment **Ideal Candidate** We are looking for someone who can think like a technical lead, not only a coder.
