Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for Global Remote Team

We are looking for a senior full-stack or software engineer to join our growing global team for a long-term opportunity. This is not limited to any specific country. We care about your technical experience, reliability, communication skills, and ability to work well with an international team. What We’re Looking For You should have strong experience building and maintaining production software across both frontend and backend systems. We are flexible about your exact technology stack, but you should be comfortable learning new tools, working in an existing codebase, and making good technical decisions independently. Strong communication is one of the most important requirements for this role. You must have C2-level or near-native English proficiency and be able to communicate clearly and naturally in meetings with US-based teammates and clients. Your spoken English should be easy to understand, confident, and professional. Responsibilities Build and maintain frontend and backend features Review existing code and improve performance and quality Work closely with developers, product managers, and clients Participate actively in video meetings and technical discussions Explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical people Take ownership of assigned work and communicate progress regularly Help the team make practical architecture and development decisions Requirements Senior-level full-stack or software engineering experience Strong frontend and backend development skills Experience working with production applications C2-level or near-native English proficiency Excellent verbal and written communication Confidence speaking during video calls Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable availability and consistent communication Experience collaborating with global or US-based teams Loom Video Is Required Please include a Loom video with your proposal.
