Senior GHL + Jobber Integration Specialist – Bi-Directional Sync & Workflow Automation

I am looking for a highly experienced automation architect who knows GoHighLevel and Jobber inside out. This is not a basic zap setup. I need someone who understands API logic, conditional webhook handling, and can build a clean bi-directional sync between the two platforms without data conflicts or duplication issues. Scope of work: Bi-directional sync between GHL and Jobber (contacts, jobs, status updates) GHL trigger: new contact, opportunity stage change, or form submission pushes data into Jobber as a new client or job Jobber trigger: job status updates (scheduled, completed, invoiced) reflect back into GHL pipeline stages or custom fields Deduplication logic to avoid duplicate contacts on both ends Error handling and failure notifications built into the workflow Middleware: Make.com preferred, but open to Zapier or direct API if better suited Full documentation of the workflow handed over on completion You must have: Deep hands-on experience with GHL workflows, custom fields, webhooks, and API Proven experience with Jobber API (OAuth, jobs, clients, visits endpoints) Strong logic-building skills, not just drag and drop automation Ability to handle edge cases and build for scale Prior work examples of GHL to third-party CRM or field service software integrations This is a fixed scope project.
