Lead Agentic Ai Developer About Avarlo Avarlo builds and manages custom AI systems for businesses. We are urgently hiring an experienced AI Agent Developer with strong hands-on experience using Claude, Claude Code, the Anthropic API, Claude Agent SDK, and/or OpenClaw. This person will build internal agents for Avarlo and custom agent systems for our clients. You will also help deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve these systems over time. This is not a basic chatbot or prompt-writing role. We need someone who can build secure, dependable agents that use tools, connect to business software, and complete multi-step workflows. Responsibilities * Build Claude-powered and OpenClaw agents * Create internal Avarlo agents and client-facing systems * Design single-agent and multi-agent workflows * Build tools, skills, MCP servers, and integrations * Connect agents to APIs, CRMs, databases, calendars, email, documents, and messaging platforms * Create memory, retrieval, and context-management systems * Add human approval and escalation steps * Deploy, host, monitor, and maintain agent infrastructure * Test reliability, security, accuracy, and performance * Troubleshoot failures and optimize active systems * Document builds so they can be maintained and scaled You should be able to understand a business process, recommend the right architecture, and build the solution with limited supervision. Example Projects Initial projects may include: * Sales research and lead-intelligence agents * Client-onboarding agents *Training Ai Voice Agents * Internal operations assistants * Project-management and fulfillment agents * Proposal and reporting agents * Agents that monitor client systems * Multi-agent internal workflows Client systems may support research, document processing, CRM updates, customer service, administrative work, reporting, and other multi-step business processes. Required Experience Strong experience with several of the following: * Claude, Claude Code, Anthropic API, or Claude Agent SDK * OpenClaw * MCP servers and tools * Multi-agent orchestration * Tool calling and structured outputs * Agent memory and retrieval systems * APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and authentication * Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript * Docker, GitHub, databases, and cloud deployment * Logging, monitoring, testing, and evaluations The ideal candidate has built and deployed agents used in real business environments. Security and Reliability You should understand how to: * Secure API keys and client credentials * Separate client data and environments * Apply least-privilege permissions * Protect against prompt injection * Add approval steps for sensitive actions * Create logs, monitoring, and recovery procedures * Test agents before production launch We are looking for someone who understands the difference between a prototype and a reliable production system.
