About us: The Executive Centre (TEC) is a premium flexible-workspace provider, operating 260+ centres across 38 cities in APAC and the Middle East. Our Partnerships team manages TEC's partner network across the region - generating revenue through upselling, referrals and inbound leads. The problem: Our partnership data currently lives across five disconnected tools. Reporting relies on manual extraction and is assembled by hand, which makes it hard to measure ROI, see which partners are active versus inactive, and act quickly. There is no single, automatic view. We want to fix this with an AI agent that connects our existing tools and consolidates partnership data into one automated, easily accessible dashboard. What we need built: A centralised partnerships dashboard, created automatically by an AI agent, ideally delivered in two phases. Phase 1 (priority) Pull live data from the following sources into a single view: • Link Breaker - QR code scans and performance (scans over time, top campaigns, conversion) • Microsoft Forms - business development leads and their journey (leads by stage, conversion by stage) • Email referrals (via Outlook / email) - incoming introductions captured and attributed automatically, tracked through the journey (introduction → discussion → close win / close loss), with no manual entry • Google Analytics - web and landing-page performance (CTR, bounce rate, engagement, top landing pages) The dashboard must: • Show headline KPIs (e.g. QR scans, BD leads, email referrals, referral win rate, CTR) with period-on-period change • Provide a referral win/loss view showing which partners generate successful conversions • Allow users to search and filter by partner, campaign, source and date range • Include historical / trend data • Allow users to upload external reports to be integrated into the dashboard • Generate an auto-updating AI summary panel and auto-generated weekly reports • Send follow-up / alert notifications (e.g. on QR, lead or referral changes) Phase 2 (design for now, build later): Salesforce integration for partner revenue (attributed per partner, over time) and redemptions (volume/value, linked to revenue). Kept separate to avoid data-privacy/access delays - Phase 1 must not depend on it, but the architecture must allow Salesforce to be added later without rework. Non-negotiable requirements: The dashboard must be visual, automatic, clear, accessible, and easy to use, and specifically: • Automated - updates without manual input wherever possible (we can accept limited manual input for some features if needed) • Multi-user - accessible by several team members simultaneously • Connects to our actual stack - Link Breaker, Microsoft Forms, Outlook / email, Google Analytics now; Salesforce later Questions you should expect from us: • Cost structure (one-off vs. retainer vs. both) • Implementation process, timeline and cost • Which tools you can and can't connect to • Where data is stored and who has access • Level of IT involvement required from our side • Who maintains the system after launch • What happens if a tool changes or is replaced • Whether multiple team members can use it at once
