The Opportunity:
We're not hiring a developer. We're not hiring a VA. We're hiring a growth-minded AI executor who thinks like a founder, builds like an engineer, and moves like someone with skin in the game.
We run three interconnected businesses: Exploor (boutique Peru tour operator), Aureya (AI workflow and automation consultancy), and Jarvis HQ (our internal AI operating system that runs both). Everything is connected. Supabase is our single source of truth. Claude Code, Lovable, n8n, Hermes, and GBrain are our execution and intelligence layers. We build fast, test fast, and iterate constantly.
We're at the stage where AI agents are replacing manual work and we're shifting from execution mode into growth mode. You're a key part of that shift.
What This Actually Looks Like:
You get a goal. Not a detailed brief — a goal. Your job is to take it, research it from a business perspective, propose the fastest path to test it, build the first version, and come back with results and what should happen next.
You don't wait. You investigate. You propose. You build. You report.
You'll be working across multiple simultaneous projects — sometimes a landing page, sometimes a scraping pipeline, sometimes an AI workflow or agent integration. The common thread is always the same: understand the business goal, move fast, deliver something that works.
You connect with us in the mornings for a focused check-in — sharing what you're working on, flagging questions, aligning on priorities. The rest of the time you're heads down executing. You're available, responsive, and never disappear mid-sprint.
You Bring Proactive Intelligence — Not Just Execution:
This is the most important thing we're looking for. You're not here to wait for instructions. You're here to:
Scan what's happening across our three businesses and flag opportunities we haven't seen yet
Research competitors, market movements, and customer behavior and bring actionable insights unprompted
Identify where AI tools or automations could eliminate a bottleneck before we ask
Propose growth experiments — new acquisition channels, outreach flows, conversion improvements — and build the first version yourself
Think two steps ahead: "If we build this now, here's what it unblocks next"
Connect dots across Exploor, Aureya, and Jarvis HQ so nothing falls through the cracks
If you see something that could help the business grow and you don't bring it up, that's a miss. We want someone who operates like a fractional Chief of Staff with a builder's hands.
The Entrepreneurial Mindset We Need:
You think about ROI before you think about code. Before you build anything you ask: does this move the needle? Who is the customer? What's the fastest way to validate this? What's the cost of getting it wrong?
You treat every project like it's your own business. You care whether it works — not just whether it's built. You get uncomfortable when things aren't shipping. You push for clarity when briefs are vague instead of sitting on it.
You understand that at our stage, speed of learning beats perfection of execution every single time.
You also don't work in isolation. You have access to — and actively consult — a board of AI experts, tools, and resources around you. You use Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, or whatever gives you the best thinking on a problem. You treat AI as your senior advisor and use it to pressure-test your own ideas before bringing them to us. You think and execute like an AI expert yourself — not someone who uses AI as a shortcut, but someone who understands how to deploy it strategically to get better outcomes faster.
Projects You'll Work On:
Growth & Acquisition:
Build automated outreach flows targeting specific customer profiles
LinkedIn scraping and profile enrichment modules to surface high-value leads
Multi-step outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn, and other channels — built and automated, not manual
Research pipelines that continuously surface new acquisition opportunities and feed them into our CRM
Product & Landing Pages:
Landing pages for Exploor group travel packages, Aureya service offers, and Jarvis tooling
Booking flows and lead capture systems connected to Supabase
A/B testing setups so we're always improving conversion, not guessing
Design & Creative:
Clean, functional, conversion-focused design — not just "good enough" but genuinely well-crafted
UI that communicates clearly and guides users naturally toward the outcome we want
Visual consistency across products that builds trust and brand recognition
Creative thinking on how to present offers, structure flows, and make complex things feel simple
AI Tools & Automations:
Workflow automations in n8n that replace manual tasks across all three businesses
Agent logic and prompt engineering in Hermes (our agent execution layer)
Knowledge base management in GBrain (our intelligence layer — think Obsidian with AI on top)
Lovable dashboards for internal operations and client-facing tools
Integration layers between our full stack (Supabase, Claude, Lovable, n8n, Hermes, GBrain, GitHub)
AI-powered pipelines that continuously scan for opportunities and surface them for approval
Jarvis HQ Infrastructure:
Expanding Jarvis agent capabilities — new tools, new knowledge, new automated workflows
Building pipelines that pull external signals and surface actionable intelligence
Keeping the entire system documented and maintainable as it grows
Tech Stack:
Database: Supabase (always — single source of truth)
Build tools: Lovable, Claude Code, Cursor
Agent framework: Hermes (Hetzner VPS, Ubuntu)
Knowledge & intelligence layer: GBrain (connected to Supabase)
Automation: n8n
Scraping & pipelines: Python
Messaging interface: Telegram bot (Jarvis)
Version control: GitHub
Project management: Notion (transitional)
You don't need to know all of these on day one. You need to be fluent in at least three, fast to learn the rest, and allergic to "I've never used that before" as a reason not to start.
You Are:
Proactively intelligent. You surface opportunities, problems, and ideas before being asked. You read the business context and think ahead.
Entrepreneurially minded. You care whether the thing you built actually grew the business. You think in outcomes, not outputs.
Fast and iterative. A working prototype in three hours beats a perfect system in three weeks. You know this in your bones.
Business-first, technically fluent. You understand customer acquisition, conversion, and retention — not just code. You can build a scraping module and also tell us whether the lead pool we're targeting actually makes sense.
Creative and design-conscious. You have a genuine eye for what looks good and works well. You care about the user experience, the visual clarity, and the flow — not just whether the thing technically functions.
An AI expert in practice. You don't just use AI tools — you think like one. You deploy Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, and whatever else gives you the sharpest thinking on a problem. You have a board of AI advisors around you at all times and you use them.
A growth catalyst. You're constantly asking: what's the next lever? What's slowing us down? What's the opportunity we're not seeing? And then you act on the answer.
Self-directing. You take a goal, research it, propose the approach, build it, test it, document it, and come back with results and next steps. All on your own initiative.
A quality owner, not a quality asker. You test your own builds thoroughly before presenting them. You deliver functioning products and ask for strategic feedback — on direction, features, and business fit — not technical validation of work that should already work.
A real right hand. You hold context across all three businesses, you know what we're trying to achieve, and you proactively make sure we're always moving toward it.
How We Work:
You receive goals with just enough context to get moving. You ask two or three smart upfront questions, then you move. We connect in the mornings — a focused, efficient sync where you share progress, flag blockers, and align on what's next. The rest of the time you're executing independently.
You don't just build and hand things over for us to test. You are responsible for testing your own work before it reaches us. Run the flows, break them intentionally, fix what breaks, and only surface something for feedback when it's genuinely functioning.
Feedback from us is always strategic — on direction, features, and business logic — not on bugs you should have caught yourself.
When you finish something, you document it clearly, flag what it unblocks, and propose what comes next. You're always thinking one step ahead of us.
The First Task:
We'll give you a simple, clear business goal and a budget. No detailed brief — just the goal, the context, and what "done" looks like from a business perspective. You figure out the how.
You'll come back with: your research, your approach, a working artifact, and your recommendation for what comes next.
When you submit, it works. You've tested it. We give feedback on whether it's what we need — not on whether it functions.
Rate & Commitment:
$25-45/hr based on portfolio and demonstrated output. This is an ongoing hourly engagement across multiple simultaneous projects — not a one-off. Typically 15-25 hours per week with strong room to grow. You're available during morning hours for daily syncs and responsive throughout your working day. High performance leads to increasing ownership, long-term retainer, and a central role in how these businesses scale.
To Apply — Skip the Template:
Answer these three questions directly, three to five sentences each:
1. Describe a project where you were given a goal — not a brief — and had to figure out the entire approach yourself. What did you research, what did you build, and what was the measurable result?
2. What AI tools do you use daily to build, think, and ship? How do you use them not just as shortcuts but as strategic thinking partners?
3. You've just been given this goal: acquire a very specific type of customer for a travel business in a market you know nothing about yet. Walk us through your first three moves before writing a single line of code.
Generic answers get ignored. Answers that show us how you think get a response within 24 hours.
