AI SaaS Developer (Next.js + Supabase + AI Agent)

Project Overview I'm looking for an AI SaaS developer to help build the MVP for an HVAC Revenue Recovery Agent. This is not a chatbot. This is an AI-powered web application that helps HVAC companies recover revenue from: Missed leads Missed calls No-answer leads Old estimates Follow-up opportunities The goal is to build a clean, working MVP that I can begin demonstrating to HVAC companies. I will manage the product direction. I need someone who can build efficiently and communicate well. Preferred Tech Stack Next.js Supabase Gemini API (or OpenAI API) Twilio Vercel GitHub Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or other AI coding tools is a plus. IMPORTANT I want this project completed in small milestones. Do not quote the entire project as one fixed-price job. Milestone 1 (5–8 Hours) Build: Next.js project Supabase database CSV upload Store uploaded opportunities Deliverable: I can upload a CSV and view the records inside the application. Milestone 2 (6–8 Hours) Build the AI Revenue Recovery Agent. The AI should: Rank opportunities Assign priority Identify the revenue lever Recommend next best action Generate follow-up messages Deliverable: Uploaded opportunities can be processed by AI. Milestone 3 (5–7 Hours) Build the Approval Queue. The user should be able to: Review AI messages Edit messages Approve Skip No automatic sending yet. Milestone 4 (5–7 Hours) Build: Twilio SMS test Dashboard Dashboard should show: Opportunities uploaded High-priority opportunities Messages approved Messages sent Responses Potential revenue recovered Version 1 ONLY Please do NOT build: Voice AI AI Power Dialer Payments CRM integrations ServiceTitan integrations Marketing website Advanced authentication Those will come later.
