Build a replica of a gated investor data room website + logged-in platform

I’m looking for a strong full-stack web developer or small team to build a replica of an existing website experience, including both: - A public-facing landing page. - A gated logged-in platform that users access after submitting their name and email. - The reference experience I want to replicate is https://listabid.info/. The public page is a clean landing page with a name/email capture flow, and the logged-in experience functions like an investor data room. Scope I want this built as a polished, modern web app with a premium feel. Phase 1: Public landing page - Recreate the general look, feel, and UX of the reference landing page. - Email + name capture form. - Simple gated access flow after submission. - Responsive across desktop and mobile. Phase 2: Logged-in data room - Recreate the logged-in platform UI shown in the screenshots. - Left sidebar navigation. - Main dashboard / overview page with KPI cards and summary content. - Financials page with charts / metrics layout. - Pitch deck page with embedded deck or presentation-style viewer. - Additional pages/sections for Compliance, Legal, Process, & Team matching the general structure shown. - We would also like to have the functionality for investors to be able to sign an LOI (letter of intent) to invest through the platform as well. - User session/login state with sign-in/sign-out flow visible in the side panel. What I need from you - Build a close visual and functional replica of the reference site and logged-in platform. - Strong frontend execution is important; I care a lot about clean UI, spacing, typography, responsiveness, and smooth interactions. - Recommend the best stack for speed and maintainability. - Set up the project so I can easily update content later. - Bonus if you can make the admin/content side simple for non-technical editing. Preferred stack (I am open to recommendations, but I’m leaning toward something modern like): -Next.js / React -Tailwind or equivalent modern UI framework -Supabase / Firebase / simple auth solution for gated access -Vercel deployment If you prefer a different stack, explain why.
