Business Development Manager – Enterprise Channel Partnerships

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for enterprise deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and strategic partnerships, able to secure $100,000 deals. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers. Responsibilities * Develop opportunities with companies & clients interested in creating new robotics and AI solutions * Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing. The CEO will assist. * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), like filling out reports, giving weekly updates, etc. * In the long-term, we see this developing into a CRO position. Preferred Qualifications * (We are willing to work with ambitious, self-guided individuals who may not have the below experience yet.) * Conceptual familiarity with engineering terminology: C++/Python coding, AI, microprocessors, CAD, 3D printing, PCBs, etc. * Experience with robotics and AI strategic partnerships and sales * Experience selling to robotics divisions or startups * Self-motivated; able to work without direct guidance but will still follow our SOPs * High integrity, great communication skills Pay * You will receive 10% commission on enterprise deals, which can range from $100K - $1M. * This is a commission-only job at first. If you can generate $300K in revenue, you will be eligible for a full-time CRO offer. * For an average $100K deal for example, your pay per deal will be $10K spread over about a year. * We offer pilot projects (from $2K-100K) that convert to larger projects. You would be paid for the pilot and the next, larger phase. About Us We are a US robotics and AI contracting company, specializing in developing complex, initial PoCs, prototypes, and MVPs to secure seed funding and a Series A venture capital funding. We have many referrals from past clients. We work with 10-30 engineering specialists at a time, and are seeking to scale.
