Creating App or software workflow to reliably parse pdf document to excel

I need to change pdf documents into excel files reliably. See attached files. The pdf is a download from IKEA planner website. I download these often. I then manually highlight the items I want to pick out. I did a sample excel using Chatgpt but it is no reliable. Sheet 1 has all the info from the pdf. Sheet 2 has the info that I highlighted. It should include all info on the pdf, headings, quantities, article numbers, quantities, prices etc. This task is the first part of creating a fully automated quotation tool. However I need to get this functioning properly before going on to the next part of the project.
