Full-Stack Developer: Chat "@mention" Feature (Vue 3, TypeScript & WebSockets)

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (or highly skilled Frontend/Backend specialists) to implement a Chat "@mention" feature in our existing application. This feature will allow users to type "@" in the chat window, trigger a dropdown list of session participants, and tag them. It also includes unread mention tracking, visual badges, and a smart scroll/jump navigation system.
