Full-Stack Developer (.NET Core 8/9 + React) — Multi-Tenant Job Marketplace & Compliance Platform

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack .NET Core + React Developer (or small team) to build an MVP for a multi-tenant web application that connects specialized organizations with qualified job candidates. The core of the platform is a job board with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Compliance/Certification Management. 🛠️ Required Tech Stack Backend: ASP.NET Core 8/9 Web API, C# ORM & DB: Entity Framework Core (EF Core), PostgreSQL Frontend: React (TypeScript), Tailwind CSS, UI library (shadcn/ui or MUI) Multi-Tenancy: Single Database, Shared Schema with EF Core Global Query Filters (or Finbuckle.MultiTenant) Auth: ASP.NET Core Identity + JWT Tokens (Role-Based: Admin, Employer/Tenant, Candidate) 🔑 Technical Requirements & Scope (MVP) 1. Multi-Tenant Architecture Strict tenant data isolation using JWT claims and custom ASP.NET Core middleware to resolve OrganizationId. EF Core global query filters to ensure tenants can only query their own data. 2. Employer / Tenant Portal Dashboard: Metrics cards (Active Jobs, Total Applicants, Interviews, Hired). Job Builder: Form with customizable requirements, required experience levels, and checkboxes for required compliance certificates. Kanban ATS Pipeline: Drag-and-drop or status column pipeline (Applied ➔ Reviewing ➔ Interview ➔ Offer ➔ Hired / Rejected). Applicant Review: View candidate compliance status, uploaded proof documents, and experience summary. 3. Candidate / Job Seeker Portal Profile Builder: Resume summary, work history, and education. Document & Certification Tracker: Track expiration dates, document upload status (Pending, Verified, Expired), and compliance status. Job Board & 1-Click Apply: Search/filter jobs and apply directly using stored profile data. 4. General Features In-App Messaging: Direct 1-on-1 thread between employers and candidates.
