Instrument Website GUI for Raspberry Pi Touchscreen Kiosk

Looking for a highly skilled web developer to build a web application using CSS/JS for a 4.3" (800x480) touchscreen LCD. The developer should have experience with Python as well as the application will require interaction with Python on the Raspberry Pi. The instrument utilizes a Raspberry Pi 5 in Kiosk mode. The web application must be HIGHLY EFFICIENT and responsive to touch. Experience with Raspberry Pi is a plus but not required.
