Max daily loss for pre market 2

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced developer to build a custom risk management system for my Webull trading account using the Webull Trading API. Here are my requirements: * Connect directly to the Webull Trading API. * Work during both pre-market and regular market hours. * Continuously monitor my account’s realized and unrealized P/L. * Automatically close all open positions immediately when my predefined daily loss limit is reached. * Cancel any remaining pending orders after closing the positions. * Prevent any new opening trades for the rest of the trading day while still allowing existing positions to be closed if needed. * Automatically reset and allow trading again at the beginning of the next trading day. * The system should run independently on a secure server and not depend on my personal computer being turned on. * I would like the risk management logic to be enforced on the server and not easily bypassed during the trading day. * If possible, I would also like the risk settings to be changeable only once every 30 days. Before using my live account, I would like the system to be built and tested in the Webull sandbox/test environment.
