Prompt Engineer Needed to Improve and Test a Customer Support AI Prompt

I have a basic customer-support prompt that I want to improve. The prompt is currently around 400–500 words and is designed to guide an AI assistant when answering general customer questions. It works, but the responses can sometimes be too long, inconsistent, repetitive, or unclear. I need someone with prompt-engineering experience to review the existing prompt and improve its structure and instructions.
