React Developer Job Support | React.js | JavaScript | TypeScript | Redux | 1 Hour/Day

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced **React Developer** to provide daily job support for approximately **1 hour per day, 5 days a week**. The ideal candidate should have **3–5 years of hands-on experience** in React development and be capable of providing technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, code reviews, best practices, and support for real-world project challenges. This is a long-term remote engagement suitable for professionals who have worked on enterprise-level React applications and can assist in solving development and architecture-related issues. Responsibilities React Development Support * Provide day-to-day support for React.js application development. * Assist in implementing new features and enhancing existing functionality. * Review code and suggest improvements following React best practices. * Troubleshoot UI, state management, and performance-related issues. Frontend Architecture * Guide component design and reusable UI development. * Assist in application architecture and folder structure decisions. * Support implementation of scalable and maintainable React applications. State Management * Provide guidance on Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, and state management patterns. * Help optimize state handling and application performance. API Integration * Assist with REST API integration and data handling. * Support error handling, authentication, and asynchronous operations. Performance Optimization * Identify and resolve rendering bottlenecks. * Optimize React components using hooks and memoization techniques. * Improve application responsiveness and maintainability. Best Practices & Mentoring * Guide on clean code principles and frontend development standards. * Support Git workflows, pull requests, and code reviews. * Assist with debugging and production issue resolution. Mandatory Skills Must Have * 3–5 years of professional React.js development experience. * Strong knowledge of: * React.js * JavaScript (ES6+) * TypeScript * HTML5 * CSS3 * Strong understanding of: * React Hooks * Functional Components * Component Lifecycle * Custom Hooks * Experience with: * Redux / Redux Toolkit * Context API * React Router * REST API Integration * Axios / Fetch API * Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. * Experience using Git and GitHub/GitLab. * Good understanding of responsive web design. * Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
