Senior Frontend Developer / Lovable.dev Expert – Master Dashboard UI & Multi-Project Consolidation

Job Description Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled frontend developer with deep experience in Lovable.dev, React, Tailwind CSS, and enterprise dashboard architectures. The objective of this project is to consolidate four separate, existing Lovable dashboard projects into a single, cohesive, master-level corporate control plane. This master system will serve as the core operational platform for executive leadership, portfolio managers, and administrators to track key performance indicators across a unified corporate ecosystem. The Structural Hierarchy to Build: The unified application must cleanly separate our diverse business entities into distinct navigation views with strict component and directory isolation: HoldCo / Funding Parent View: High-level strategic and funding control panel tracking aggregate portfolio valuations, capital allocation pipelines, macro earnings metrics, and strategic milestone calendars. Centralized Operations & Shared Services View: Back-office administrative engine tracking shared corporate ledgers, multi-company payroll synchronization models, compliance checklists, and macro spend analytics. Operating Business Unit Domain Views: Dedicated navigation spaces housing the distinct operational metrics for three separate underlying operating companies: Business Unit A (Enterprise Software/Data): Track pipeline targets for high-value annual corporate licensing agreements, legacy account migration/conversion funnels, and performance grids for underlying software subsidiaries. Business Unit B (Commercialization & Distribution Network): Track performance across a 5-engine commercial pipeline (including marketplace networks, automated marketing streams, development coordination, and gift fulfillment programs), a distributed international sales representative matrix, and rapid prototyping sprint logs. Business Unit C (Information Archiving & Data Preservation): Track digital data preservation ledger volumes, geographic expansion indices for European channel partners, and infrastructure system optimization charts. Key Responsibilities & Scope: Code Consolidation: Take four separate Lovable project layouts and refactor them into a single, clean repository using a highly modular folder structure (e.g., /components/parent, /components/shared-services, /components/subsidiary-a). Design System Reinforcement: Implement and strictly adhere to our pre-configured global Lovable design system theme (deep corporate slates, structural indigo accents, uniform light-bordered card containers, and clean micro-interactions). Mock Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Build a basic global user-switching dropdown component in the header profile to dynamically toggle data visibility based on permissions (Owner, Admin, Manager, Editor, Viewer). API / Workflow Integration Mapping: Prepare the backend/frontend synchronization layers for automated activity tracking pipelines, explicitly setting up commented UI hooks and mock handlers ready for future secure data syncing with Google Workspace workflows and Zoom/Teams communications logs. Scalable Architecture: Ensure the sidebar navigation structure is built dynamically from a central configuration array, making it simple to append future acquired business units or new company dashboards down the line without altering the core layout shell. Required Qualifications: Extensive, proven experience building complex, data-dense dashboards natively inside Lovable.dev or high-fidelity React/Tailwind CSS environments. Exceptional eye for clean layout spacing, grid alignment, typography, and professional UI consistency. Strong understanding of component architecture, ensuring code handoffs remain perfectly structured, modular, and clear of technical debt. Familiarity with setting up endpoint schemas for Google APIs and video conferencing data synchronization hooks.
