Senior Full Stack AI Systems Engineer and Advanced GoHighLevel Architect We are hiring **immediately** for a long-term technical lead. We have paying clinic clients, new clients onboarding, and systems already in development. We need someone who can take ownership of what exists, fix and optimize it, connect everything correctly, and continue building as we grow. We already have: • A working patient AI Advocate application • Existing GoHighLevel workflows, AI agents, automations, funnels, calendars, and pipelines • Cloudflare applications and existing code • Architecture for a permanent company operations brain and separate patient AI brain • Requirements, prompts, workflows, and implementation plans You are not starting from zero. We know what we need. We need a highly capable engineer who can understand the existing architecture, improve it when technically justified, and execute quickly. -Do not apply if: • You cannot show strong, advanced GoHighLevel experience • You are still learning GoHighLevel • You cannot personally code, debug, repair, test, and deploy production software • Your main experience is Lovable, Replit, Bolt, prompt writing, or basic no-code tools • You are weak in AI agents, databases, APIs, automation, or full stack architecture • You cannot show real technical work you personally completed • You are part of an agency, plan to subcontract, or will give other people access • You communicate slowly, miss instructions, or require constant follow-up • You claim an NDA prevents you from showing any technical proof Warning: Do not waste your time applying unless you meet the core requirements. Applications without proof will be ignored.** -Required experience -Advanced GoHighLevel You must have personally built and managed advanced GHL systems involving: • Complex workflows, triggers, branches, pipelines, calendars, funnels, forms, and snapshots • Conversation AI, Voice AI, AI agents, and Workflow AI Builder • APIs, webhooks, private integrations, custom fields, and external systems • Multi-location or multi-client deployments • Appointment booking, confirmation, follow-up, no show recovery, and human handoffs • Debugging, logs, retries, duplicate prevention, and attribution You will take over systems already in progress, optimize them, add what is missing, and connect GHL to our independent AI brain. -Real full stack engineering You must personally be able to architect, write, modify, debug, and deploy code using most of the following: • JavaScript and TypeScript • Node.js and Python • React and Next.js • HTML and CSS • PostgreSQL and Supabase • APIs, webhooks, authentication, permissions, and multi-tenancy • Git, testing, Docker, Cloudflare, AWS, or similar infrastructure AI tools should increase your speed. They cannot replace your ability to understand and repair code. -Advanced AI and automation Strong experience is required with: • Persistent structured and semantic memory • AI agents and multi-agent systems • RAG, model routing, tool calling, structured outputs, and fallbacks • Voice AI and cross-channel context • n8n, APIs, webhooks, monitoring, and failure recovery • Secure multi-client data separation • AI content, SEO, AEO, reviews, prompts, and creative production workflows You should also be able to deploy, secure, extend, and maintain open source AI platforms such as LobeHub or a stronger justified alternative, including MCP tools, external memory, multiple model providers, permissions, backups, and monitoring. -Speed and AI-assisted engineering Speed and leverage are critical. We want an engineer who uses tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, MCP servers, parallel coding agents, testing agents, reviewer agents, and security agents to deliver reliable work significantly faster. You must know how to: • Divide development across multiple agents • Run work in parallel • Review and test generated code • Resolve conflicts and failures • Maintain clear documentation • Personally validate the final system We measure completed, working outcomes per hour. We are not looking for someone who increases hours by coding everything manually. -Proof required Include a live Loom walkthrough showing: 1. A real GoHighLevel system you personally built or managed 2. A real code repository or production full-stack application 3. An AI agent, voice AI, RAG, memory, or automation system 4. Your actual AI-assisted coding environment and process 5. Something behind the interface, such as code, workflows, database structure, logs, tests, or integrations Do not submit only screenshots or marketing pages. Sensitive information can be blurred directly in the recording. You do not need to reveal the client name, business details, private data, or confidential prompts. Explain the technical problem, architecture, your personal contribution, solution, testing process, and outcome. An NDA is not an excuse for providing no proof. Show authorized or properly redacted work. Also include: • Weekly availability and current commitments • Starting hourly rate • Earliest start date • Languages and frameworks you personally code in • Confirmation that you will personally complete the work • One example of how your AI coding process reduced delivery time Begin your proposal with: "I meet every core requirement, can show live technical proof, and am available to start immediately." -Compensation and opportunity Starting compensation is **$10 to $18 per hour**, based on verified experience, technical proof, reliability, communication, code quality, and delivery efficiency.
