Senior Full-Stack Mobile Developer — Product Thinker, Owns Releases, AI-Augmented

We're a small, fast-moving product team building a mobile product with real users. Stack: React Native (mobile), React/Vite (web), Node.js, MySQL/MariaDB, on Linux with GitHub Actions CI/CD, Firebase, Google Play / TestFlight. We use AI tooling (Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot) as a normal part of how we build. Beyond strong hands-on skills, we'd love someone whose experience with team works. What you'll do Build features end-to-end across mobile and backend — hands-on, daily. Own releases: builds, environment config, CI/CD, store submissions. Help us level up our AI-assisted development workflow across the team. The people who do best here: Ask what user problem a ticket solves before writing code, and flag when there's a simpler way. Own a release end-to-end — and when something breaks in production, debug it rather than wait. Leave the codebase more understandable than they found it. Give a short daily async update: what shipped, what's blocked, what's next. Communicate clearly in English and enjoy working as part of a team. You're a strong fit if you Have shipped real mobile apps (React Native strongly preferred) and own the full stack around them. Have DevOps/deployment experience — comfortable owning a release, not necessarily a specialist. Have used AI coding tools as part of a team workflow. Working arrangement Long-term, ongoing, hourly. Daily availability with meaningful overlap with Estonia time (EET/EEST). There may be a short paid evaluation task.
