Technical Lead (Angular | Node.js | Azure) – NGO Healthcare Project (Hourly Contract) Location: United States (Remote) Preferred Location: New York / New Jersey (or nearby) Job Type: Hourly Contract (As Needed) Experience: 5+ Years About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to provide technical development and production support for a US-based Healthcare NGO application. This is NOT a full-time or dedicated position. We are looking for someone who can support the platform on an hourly, as-needed basis. Work will primarily involve production issue resolution, technical guidance, minor enhancements, deployments, and occasional feature development. Applicants must be based in the United States. Candidates located in New York, New Jersey, or nearby areas are strongly preferred to allow for easier collaboration with the client when required. Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and hands-on development using Angular and Node.js. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Support application deployments and releases. Work with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-hosted applications. Review code and recommend technical improvements. Develop and maintain REST APIs. Collaborate with client stakeholders, offshore development teams, QA, and DevOps. Participate in technical discussions and solution design. Provide ongoing technical support as and when required. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in enterprise web application development. Strong experience with Angular, Node.js, Microsoft Azure, and SQL Server (or any relational database). Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and Azure deployments. Strong debugging and production support experience. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience leading development teams. Experience with Azure DevOps. Agile/Scrum experience. Experience supporting healthcare or enterprise applications is a plus.
