U.S.-Based Client-Facing Software or Data Engineer Needed for Long-Term Collaboration

Job Overview We are for a reliable, professional, and English-speaking technical collaborator based in the United States. The selected candidate will support communication and collaboration with U.S.-based clients and technical teams. This role may involve joining client meetings, participating in technical discussions, understanding project requirements, presenting solutions, and coordinating with our development team. This is a remote, part-time contract opportunity with the potential for long-term collaboration. Responsibilities 1. Participate in client discovery calls and technical meetings 2. Communicate project requirements clearly to the development team 3. Discuss software, backend, data, cloud, or system-related solutions 4. Help answer technical questions during client meetings 5. Provide project updates and maintain professional communication 6. Collaborate with developers, engineers, project managers, and clients 7. Help build trust and maintain strong client relationships 8. Attend scheduled online meetings when required Required Qualifications 1. Must currently be based in the United States 2. Strong spoken and written English 3. Experience in software engineering, data engineering, backend development, or a related technical field 4. Comfortable participating in video calls and technical discussions 5. Must own a reliable laptop 6. Must have a stable internet connection 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 8. Reliable, responsive, and professional 9. Able to work independently and collaborate with a remote team 10. Preferred Technical Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Software engineering Data engineering Backend development Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript React, Django, Node.js, or REST APIs SQL, PostgreSQL, or database systems ETL pipelines and data workflows Cloud infrastructure SaaS applications System architecture AI-powered applications or automation You do not need to be an expert in every technology. Strong communication skills, technical understanding, reliability, and a willingness to collaborate are the most important qualities.
