We are seeking an experienced web scraping specialist to collect commercial real estate data from various websites and online sources. The goal is to extract, clean, and organize property, ownership, tenant, broker, and market data into structured formats for analysis and prospecting. Responsibilities: Scrape commercial real estate websites and public data sources. Extract property, ownership, tenant, broker, and transaction information. Clean, normalize, and validate collected data. Deliver data in CSV, Excel, or database-ready formats. Document scraping processes and data sources. Requirements: Experience with web scraping tools and frameworks (Python, Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Playwright, Selenium, etc.). Experience handling large datasets. Ability to work around common website challenges such as pagination and dynamic content. Strong attention to data quality and accuracy. Preferred Experience: Commercial real estate data. Property records, ownership records, leasing, or investment sales data. PostgreSQL or other database experience.
