Technical Interviewer - FullStack Developer Hiring(Node.js React, PostgreSQL, AWS)

Description: We're hiring an experienced technical interviewer to support our ongoing recruitment for Senior Fullstack Developer roles. This is a long-term, recurring engagement — you'll be our go-to interview partner for every candidate in this pipeline, not a one-off project. What You'll Do - Conduct technical interviews with fullstack developer candidates on an ongoing basis - Assess candidates against our required stack: TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, React, PostgreSQL, AWS, Redis/queues, microservices/serverless - Evaluate system design, architecture judgment, and API design skills - Review code samples, live-coding exercises, or take-home assignments as needed - Provide clear, structured written feedback and a hire/no-hire recommendation after each interview - Help refine interview questions/rubrics over time as we learn what predicts success - Flexibly schedule interviews as new candidates come through the pipeline (ongoing, recurring need — not a fixed number of sessions) Must-Have Experience - Senior-level hands-on experience with the same stack you'll be interviewing for: TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS strongly preferred), React, PostgreSQL - Prior experience conducting technical interviews or technical hiring panels - Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design, and data modeling - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or comparable) and async/queue-based systems - Clear communicator — comfortable giving direct, structured feedback
