Restore Missing Photoshop Plugins

My Windows-based desktop needs a little rescue work. After resetting Photoshop’s preferences I not only ended up with a cluttered workspace but also lost several third-party Photoshop plugins. They were small-vendor, older tools whose names I never wrote down, so I can’t simply re-download them... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: ActionScript, Data Recovery, Desktop Support, Scripting, Technical Documentation, Troubleshooting)
