# Build a Perpetual B2B Lead Intelligence Engine ## Project Overview We're looking for an experienced B2B growth engineer, RevOps consultant, or lead intelligence expert to design and build a scalable lead generation system. This is **not** a virtual assistant role and **not** a list-building project. The objective is to create a repeatable system that continuously discovers high-quality enterprise prospects outside of traditional databases like Apollo. Our goal is to own a proprietary lead engine that combines multiple data sources, buying signals, automation, and enrichment into one repeatable workflow. We expect this project to take approximately **2–3 weeks**, although we're open to your recommendation. --- ## Our Current Stack We already have: - Apollo - LinkedIn outreach - La Growth Machine - AI tools - Cold email infrastructure - Outbound dialing platform Today: - Prospects with verified mobile numbers go directly into our dialing campaigns. - Remaining prospects go into LinkedIn and email sequences. Apollo is only one source of leads. We want to significantly expand beyond it. --- ## What We Want You to Build Design and implement a lead intelligence engine that continuously discovers enterprise prospects using multiple data sources and intent signals. The finished system should identify prospects based on buying behavior, company activity, growth events, and other indicators—not simply static databases. The solution should be repeatable, scalable, and documented so our internal team can operate it after implementation. We're completely open to using paid software if it creates meaningful ROI. --- ## Information We Need for Each Prospect Where available: - Name - Title - Company - Email - Mobile phone number (highest priority) - LinkedIn profile - Industry - Sub-industry - Company size - Location - Reason they qualified (intent signal) We're primarily interested in verified mobile phone numbers rather than office numbers. --- ## Deliverables By the end of the project we'd like: - A fully documented lead engine - Recommended software stack - Automations implemented where appropriate - Documentation/SOPs - Lead qualification methodology - Cost breakdown of ongoing software - Recommendations for future scaling Our team should fully own the finished system. You may absolutely leverage frameworks or systems you've built previously, provided all deliverables created for this engagement become our property. --- ## Your Proposal Should Include Please do not send a generic proposal.
