Migrate Git and Gerrit to Ubuntu 26.04

I need help migrating my git-repo and Gerrit server from Ubuntu 14.04 to Ubuntu 26.04. This includes all data from the old server to the new server. We also need to upgrade Git from version 2.17 to the latest compatible version...
