Interactive PDF Form Conversion

I have a set of existing PDFs that our residents / clients currently print and complete by hand. I need each document rebuilt as a PDF Fillable Form so it keeps the exact look and layout but allows users to type directly into every field and add a Drawn signature before submitting...
