AI & CRM Automation Expert - US/Canada/Europe Only

(US/Canada/Europe Only) We're hiring a senior automation specialist to own the build-out and ongoing optimization of our CRM and AI workflow stack. This is a long-term engagement (6+ months, with strong likelihood of extension) and we're only considering freelancers based in the US or Canada. Please don't apply if you're outside this region applications will be filtered by location. About the work We're past the "let's try some automations" stage. We have a working CRM, real revenue flowing through it, and a growing list of bottlenecks that need engineered solutions not duct tape. You'd be responsible for designing and implementing: End-to-end pipeline automation across our CRM (HubSpot / GoHighLevel / Salesforce we'll confirm the exact stack in the interview) AI-driven workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and custom API integrations Voice and conversational AI agents (Retell, Vapi, or equivalent) for inbound qualification and outbound follow-up Lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation tied to our sales and ops teams Reporting layers and internal dashboards so leadership can actually see what's happening Documentation and SOPs for everything you build (non-negotiable we don't want tribal knowledge) What we need from you 3+ years building production CRM automations, not just side projects Deep hands-on experience with at least two of: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Pipedrive Fluency in Make.com and/or n8n at a senior level (custom modules, error handling, branching logic) Real experience deploying voice AI agents not just signing up for the platform Comfortable writing JavaScript or Python for custom logic and webhook handling Strong written communication, since we run a lot of async Available for 40+ hours per week, consistent, with at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern time What we don't want Agencies, resellers, or anyone planning to subcontract this out.
