We are looking for a developer to build an AI-powered customer support chatbot for our website. The chatbot should answer customer questions using our FAQ content and company documentation. The goal is to provide fast, accurate responses and reduce repetitive customer support inquiries. Responsibilities Build a responsive web-based chatbot. Integrate an LLM API (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar). Allow uploading or connecting FAQ documents (PDF or text). Generate responses based on the provided content. Maintain conversation history during the session. Handle cases where the answer is unavailable with an appropriate fallback response. Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
