# WordPress Core Web Vitals & Performance Optimization Expert Needed We are looking for an experienced WordPress performance optimization specialist for our corporate B2B website. Our website is already running with: * Cloudflare APO * Cloudflare CDN * WP Rocket * LiteSpeed Server Infrastructure The server-side performance has already been optimized and our current TTFB is approximately 40 ms. However, we still need significant improvements regarding Core Web Vitals, mobile performance, and overall user experience. ## Current Situation * Corporate WordPress website * Cloudflare APO enabled * Cloudflare CDN enabled * WP Rocket enabled * LiteSpeed hosting environment * Homepage size approximately 3.5 MB * Mobile LCP around 7–8 seconds * Hero section contains a background video * Embedded YouTube content on several pages * Third-party scripts such as GTM4WP, Site Kit, Popup plugins, Chat Widget, etc. ## Project Goals We are looking for a professional who can: * Improve Core Web Vitals metrics * Identify and solve LCP bottlenecks * Optimize the hero video without removing it * Implement an optimized poster image strategy before video loading * Reduce unnecessary CSS and JavaScript payloads * Optimize render-blocking resources * Improve above-the-fold rendering performance * Improve mobile user experience * Reduce overall page size where possible * Provide a technical analysis of performance bottlenecks and implemented improvements ## Important Please do not apply if your approach is limited to installing cache plugins or applying generic optimization settings.
