I am looking for someone to build a website that will output a result based on a set of questions. The website is designed to help evaluate whether people may be losing their hearing. The project involves creating a structured questionnaire, with yes/no answers, as well as audio samples with yes/no answers. The website does not need to have a large back-end. No user account creation is necessary. The ideal candidate should have experience in web development and design, with a focus on interactive elements.
