Automated options trading dashboard for interactive broker API

I trade index options on IBKR. I need a tool to place automated orders at specific times or on demand, with complex options strategies which would require multiple legs. I will need to filter them by RSI, SMA, VIX levels up or down, Index price up or down for the day. Trade will have to be placed at limit mid price and then increased in increments till the order fills. Have you done anything like this before and how much would it cost ? I am an individual trader not a company. I would also want a dashboard to maintain a list of the executed trades, and have a way to close them when i need to. Maybe maintaining them on a google sheet or some other dashboard. 1. Will the bot connect to IBKR TWS or IB Gateway? TWS 2. Will you always trade the same strategy, or should you be able to create/edit different multi-leg strategies from the dashboard? Different strategies. Once the tool is made i will place about 30 strategies which will be executed at different times. I will need to be able to edit/create from the dashboard. 3. How are the entry conditions defined (RSI, SMA, VIX, price change)? Can multiple conditions be combined with AND/OR logic? Some of the entries will have no conditions. Others will have some of these conditions, and some will need multiple conditions combined with AND logic. 4. Should the bot run on a schedule, on-demand, or both? both 5. For limit orders, what should the price increment, time between retries, and maximum retries be? 5 cents price increments from the limit mid price, 1 minute between and usually abort after a specified number of retries. (around 3 ) 6. How should position sizing be calculated (fixed contracts, % of account, etc.)? fixed contracts 7. What are the exit rules? Manual only, or should it support TP/SL/time-based exits as well? Mostly manual. If TP/SL/Time based can be built in that will be good. 8. What information would you like on the dashboard open positions, closed trades, P/L, logs, Google Sheets, etc? open positions is what i need mostly. Google sheets dashboard would be perfect. 9. Will the bot run on your local PC/VPS, and what operating system will it use? Local PC, windows based.
