Hi everyone, I am looking for a skilled developer to build a custom, internal dashboard application to help streamline our internal text-management and data-organizing workflows. This tool will run strictly on a private Windows VPS for internal administrative use. Key Technical Requirements: 1. Dashboard UI & Text Processing: Build a clean, simple interface (web-based or desktop) to input, manage, and organize text communication data. 2. Context Aggregation: The tool needs to dynamically pull text notes or tags from local database fields and inject this custom context into an AI API to draft tailored responses. 3. AI API Integration: Connect the backend via API to OpenRouter.ai (using standard open-source LLMs like Llama-3 or Mistral). The UI must include a dropdown menu to easily switch between different saved custom system prompts/personas. 4. Internal Trigger System: The script must process text drafts and handle specific internal syntax formatting (e.g., [TRIGGER_SEND:50]) to automatically reference and link corresponding files from a local media library folder. 5. Inactivity Timer: Include a basic background tracker that flags specific entries if they haven't been updated within a customizable timeframe, highlighting them for a follow-up review. Requirements: - Strong experience in Python, Node.js, REST APIs, and LLM prompting. - Excellent understanding of local database architecture and secure file organization. - Signing a standard NDA is strictly required BEFORE full project details or workflows are disclosed.
