Lead Frontend Engineer (Next.js & UI/UX Expert)

We are a cutting-edge web platform pushing the boundaries of interactive UI. We’re looking for a highly skilled Lead Frontend Engineer who lives and breathes high-performance, pixel-perfect interfaces. If you have an eye for aesthetic UI/UX (especially for game-like or high-interaction dashboards) and can turn complex data into a fluid, responsive user experience, we want you. You will be the bridge between our creative design concepts and our technical stack. You’ll be responsible for building highly interactive dashboards, landing pages that convert, and seamless web experiences that feel fast, polished, and intuitive. RESPONSIBILITIES Architect and develop high-performance web applications using Next.js and TypeScript Design and implement beautiful, responsive, and accessible UI components using Tailwind CSS Create interactive data visualizations and game-inspired UI elements Collaborate with designers to translate complex Figma prototypes into clean, production-ready code Optimize front-end performance (Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, and image optimization) Maintain and scale existing landing pages and web assets Build reusable component libraries that maintain visual consistency across the platform Debug cross-browser issues and ensure a frictionless mobile-to-desktop experience REQUIRED SKILLS (What will make you WIN this job) Next.js & React Mastery Deep expertise in Server Components, App Router, and static site generation UI/UX Craftsmanship Ability to create high-end animations (Framer Motion, CSS transitions) "Pixel-perfect" mindset — you notice details that others miss TypeScript & State Writing type-safe, maintainable, and scalable code Tailwind CSS & Styling Advanced knowledge of Tailwind architecture and custom theme configuration Game UI/UX Principles Experience in building immersive/game-like dashboards or interactive tools Performance & SEO Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and front-end optimization Git & Collaboration Experience working in a fast-paced environment with modern code-review standards REQUIREMENTS 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development A strong portfolio showcasing high-end UI design and complex web interactions Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Ability to provide high-quality, clean code that is easy to maintain Availability for synchronous collaboration (at least 3 hours overlap with UTC+0) NICE TO HAVE Prior experience building SaaS dashboards or Web-based games Knowledge of Three.js or WebGL for advanced graphics Experience with Headless CMS (Contentful, Sanity) HOW TO APPLY (Read carefully) To be considered, start your proposal with the word "INTERACTIVE" — this tells us you read the full post.
