Blockchain Expert for Large Project

I am seeking a blockchain expert who can work with us for building a big project with a demo version. I attached a detailed document. The ideal candidate will have experience in blockchain technology and be able to contribute to the development of a demo version. This is a part-time role with a project scale of large and a duration of 1 to 3 months.
