Founding Product Engineer | AI Automation & SaaS Startup

Join Unfound as our Founding Product Engineer and help shape the future of a live AI-powered SaaS platform with paying customers. Unfound connects people through curated small-group experiences and is built using Airtable, Make.com, Stripe and OpenAI. I'm looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems, improving systems and helping evolve an MVP into a scalable product. Phase 1: Simplify and strengthen the core platform by improving Make.com automations, GPT prompts, matching logic, Stripe subscriptions and overall reliability while reducing manual operations. Phase 2: Build customer and partner self-service portals so users can manage profiles, subscriptions, preferences and content without manual support. Phase 3: Help evolve the platform into a mobile-first web app with more frequent matching, improved messaging and an AI assistant that helps users organise meetups. You should be comfortable working across modern web technologies, APIs and AI tools, proactively recommending better technical solutions and taking ownership of the product's technical direction. This is a long-term opportunity starting with a few hours each month and growing alongside the platform. Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid trial.
