Create Members-Only Portal on WordPress

We're launching a self-guided digital product on our existing WordPress site: a gated, members-only portal containing ~40 structured guide documents organized by category. The portal should be accessible via a login page, with users able to download PDFs and access a dashboard. We need a developer to implement this functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience.
