LearnDash Structured Learning Platform

We are a nonprofit church group seeking an experienced freelancer to develop a structured learning platform using LearnDash. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LearnDash and its capabilities, as well as experience in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences. The project involves designing and implementing a comprehensive learning structure, including courses, lessons, and assessments. The freelancer should be able to work independently and deliver high-quality results within the specified timeframe. Scope of work: Managed WordPress hosting setup (we will provide hosting account access) LearnDash installation and configuration (we will provide the license) LearnDash Groups architecture — one Group per parish, auto-assigned via registration form Custom user roles: National Admin, Parish Lead (Group Leader), and Learner Registration form (Fluent Forms) that captures parish affiliation and auto-assigns users to the correct Group Parish Lead dashboard verification — leads must see only their own group's data Basic branding (logo, colors — assets provided by us) Handoff document explaining how to add new parishes and manage users going forward This is NOT a content or course-building project.
