Full-Stack Developer – Chatwoot, WhatsApp, Telegram & AI Integration (Ukrainian/Russian Speaking)

PROJECT OVERVIEW Communication with our team will be in Ukrainian or Russian. We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to set up and integrate Chatwoot CRM for our sales team. This is not a project from scratch. Chatwoot is already an open-source solution. The goal is to deploy it on our VPS and integrate it with WhatsApp, Telegram, and Claude AI. Our company has 17–18 sales managers communicating with customers through personal WhatsApp and Telegram accounts. We want to centralize all conversations and automatically analyze them using AI. PROJECT TASKS - Deploy Chatwoot on a VPS using Docker. - Connect personal WhatsApp accounts via WaSenderAPI. - Connect Telegram using the official Telegram Bot API. - Configure webhooks to send new conversations to Claude AI for analysis. - Build a Telegram bot that sends alerts to the manager when AI detects important issues. - Store AI analysis results in PostgreSQL or Google Sheets.
