Laravel / PHP (Lander, Quiz, Checkout, CRM)

Project: To build an end to end funnel that starts with a landing page, continues with a medical intake questionnaire, and then checkout process. We're looking to hire a few dedicated PHP developers for long-term work. This is a paid test project to see if you're a good fit for our team. We need someone with a deep understanding of PHP and web application architecture. Someone extremely comfortable using vanilla PHP without relying on frameworks, and equally capable of working with Laravel when the project calls for it. The quiz portion of the project is the main focus, and we need someone that is able to architect this in a way that is both simple but extensible in the future. Medical quizzes will have to map to multiple downstream vendors that all have slightly different acceptance criteria for approval of medications. We will also need to build out custom CRM capabilities along with a headless ecommerce product management / billing.
