Lead Blockchain Developer

We're seeking a Lead Blockchain Developer with deep, hands-on expertise to drive the development of our platform. The ideal candidate has significant experience building smart contracts and dApps and is looking for a long-term partnership - we're ideally looking for someone ready to commit at least a year to growing with us. In this role, you will: - Design, develop, and audit secure, gas-efficient Solidity smart contracts. - Architect payment and authentication flows to ensure a seamless Web3 user experience. - Own the full-stack development of our decentralized application. - Drive key technical decisions and establish best practices to guide future team members as we scale. What we're looking for: - Expert-level Solidity proficiency, with a comprehensive understanding of smart contract security, development lifecycles, and gas optimization. - Solid command of core ERC standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and modern Web3 tooling (web3.js/ethers.js, Hardhat/Foundry). - Proven full-stack development experience, particularly with React, Next.js, and Node.js. - A self-starter who can work autonomously, lead foundational architecture work, and communicate clearly with the broader team.
